Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final

Tickets purchased to events at BIYU Arena are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in the limited circumstances below. We recommend reviewing the event date and your plans before purchase.

Canceled events

If an event is canceled in full, refunds are processed automatically to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 7-14 business days. You do not need to contact us to request a cancellation refund.

Postponed or rescheduled events

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your existing tickets will be honored at the new date. If the new date does not work for you, contact our box office within 30 days of the announcement to request a refund.

Exchanges and resale

We do not offer ticket exchanges between events. Resale is permitted through our official ticketing partner's resale marketplace; resale outside that platform is at your own risk.

Venue rental deposits

For venue rental bookings, deposit and cancellation terms are governed by the rental agreement signed between BIYU Arena and the renter. Standard policy: deposits are refundable up to 60 days before the event date and non-refundable thereafter. Specific terms vary by package and event type.

How to request a refund

For canceled events, refunds are automatic. No action required. For all other refund requests (postponements, rental deposits, other circumstances), email [email protected] or call (832) 351-2545. Include your order number, event name, and reason for the request.
